Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, colours, dimensions and materials accurately.

Because many Alta Quero products use natural leather and handcrafted processes, variations in grain, texture, colour and finish may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Actual colours may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Alta Quero Incorporated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Prices displayed on altaquero.ca are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and are displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery information are provided at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.

Orders containing available inventory are fulfilled from Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Alta Quero's reasonable control.

Returns, Exchanges
& Damaged Items

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products must meet the eligibility conditions stated in that policy.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and report damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise promptly using the contact information provided on our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Leather and other natural materials require appropriate care.

Normal wear, natural variations, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage or failure to follow applicable care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alta Quero Incorporated will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
