At ALTA QUERO, every item is crafted with care and delivered with precision. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Shipping Region

We currently ship across Ontario, Canada.

If your delivery location isn't listed at checkout, please reach out to us at info@altaquero.ca — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Local deliveries across Kingston are free and typically completed within 2 business days.

  • For all other Ontario locations, we ship via Canada Post.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Kingston local delivery: Free

  • Flat rate across Ontario: $15 CAD

  • Free Ontario-wide shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before tax)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Packaging

We use durable poly mailers and shipping bags to ensure your order arrives safe and sound, while minimizing waste.

 

Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Responsibility

  • ALTA QUERO is not liable for delays caused by Canada Post, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses.

  • Customers are responsible for re-shipping fees if a package is returned due to an error in address entry or unclaimed delivery.
